This is extraordinary, but not merely in the technical sense of him imagining creative ideas to describe the process of imagination in general - a kind of hall of mirrors effect - but that for me, I have no idea where my ideas come from or why the creative process is the way it is for me. I've even contrived contraptions to rationalize this process in sentimental ways unrelated to its actuality. For instance, I have a photo taken by the pioneer commercial photographer Beatrice Tonnessen of a young woman who is likely the model Mae Burns (1896-1987) up on the wall near my computer. She is my 'muse'. Gorgeous, of course, though with the sumptuous locks of the Edwardian hairdo and a huge ribbon therein. But really, Greg. But as a CEO of a new media company I can imagine real people working through issues using some of Stewart's techniques. The reference to De Bono also makes sense.

I like these, especially the card one. Would be fun to have others make the cards for you. Not dissimilar to one used when I was doing boxing, and each suit represented a type of exercise, and the number of course the times you’d do it. (You never wanted Aces = 20.)

I'm trying to imagine something similar from when I practiced Kung Fu and I'm feeling faint at the thought.
