Yes, Mark! Well done, mate. On the one hand, I’m always telling the STSC guys to not focus in metrics and to create what *they want* to create, but, I do enjoy the accountability and candour that comes from putting the numbers up front like this. If it works for you, it works.

Super, Mark--and encouraging too. Today when I thought about how hard I've been working on the free posts, let alone Write it! How to get started--and today's a big example, as I post free every Sunday—I had, well, maybe you know what I mean, that sinking feeling about starting something new. What impresses me about you is your heart on the page--rare to see and key to admire.

I find it interesting to learn what you’re doing 🤷‍♀️ I’d be interested in what didn’t (without naming names or groups); more just which genres of groups seemed less into it? Maybe there’s no pattern but am curious 🤓
