What is a Curious Realizer - a manifesto in progress

Curious and realize both have two meanings which combine into a special kind of person

The following is a minor epiphany of where I’d like to take things going forward. It’s very much a draft and subject to change but it definitely feels right to me.

Being a Curious Realizer is an approach to dealing with a chaotic, troubling world that tries to put people in inescapable boxes and makes them follow predetermined paths.

We are Curious: we want to know more about the world: what it has to offer, how it works, what it has to teach us.

We are Curious: we are traveling our own, different paths - some consider us nerds, geeks, eccentrics, odd, strange, weird or offbeat but we are definitely distinctive!

We are Realizers: we learn, question, test, discuss and form our opinions based on facts and feelings.

We are Realizers: we take ideas and we use them to make things of all sorts.

A Curious Realizer does these things, from tentative starts to the point of habit:

• We Experiment

• We Realize
